FAQ’S
What Inspired You To Start Blogging?
Honestly, my past, my present, and where I saw myself in the future. I have transformed myself into the me I only saw in my dreams. I was an overweight girl for as long as I can remember. I was made fun of, called fat, picked on, and I remember spending a lot of evenings feeling sorry for mysefl. I would throw fits at clothing stores, because the largest size wouldn’t fit me. I wanted to wear cute clothes, and be like everyone else, but I just couldn’t. The summer of going into my senior year in high school, I spent seven months working hard at the gym, at home, eating right, and never giving up. I lost 64 lbs in the end, and this made me want to keep improving myself as a person. This also made me the strong woman I am today. It’s funny how people treat you when you have yourself together, and when you don’t. This opened my eyes to many things. I use blogging as an escape, and a way to inspire others that they can do it too. I started shopping everywhere! Not just the places where I wished I could as a high school kid. I wasn’t scared to wear the craziest clothes and combination. I was just excited things would fit my body right! And now, I want to share it with the world. No matter what size, no matter what shape, no matter what your budget is, you can be a fashionista too.
What Camera Do You Use?
I use a Canon Rebel T3i and a 50mm, f/1.8 lens. When you’re starting out, this is the perfect camera, and lens for you (on a budget too!). The lens is perfect for portrait shots, and this Canon camera takes high quality photos. I knew nothing about photography when I started, but playing around, and of course googling, I learned everything I needed to know, in no time!
Who Is Your Photographer And Where Can I Find One?
I don’t just have one photographer, I have many! Who are they? My best friends. Whoever is near me, and whoever is willing to do it, I grab them and go take pictures! I know many people find professional photographers, and you can too. But if you’re on a budget, sit down with a friend, and teach them the basics about using your camera and have them take it for you. It doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to take photos for me. If you have a high quality camera, your pictures will come out beautiful anyways! The quality of the photo really matters.
Extra Tips If You’re Starting Your Own Blog-

The minute you stop and just focus on making it a wonderful website, others will see and follow your lead. It’s not always about getting something out of it, sometimes it’s just about giving back to the world with a dash of positive energy.
